This year marks Little A's second in the double digits, making him an official "tween." Since he usually has cupcakes at school during the summer class programme we kept with this tradition, one that has been going on since the school opened in 2013. At home we had a Starry Night cake, made by an amazingly talented co-mum. It tasted as good as it looked, and as he blew out his candles, we wished our not-so-little boy many more coming years of good health, positive development, new skills, marvelous milestones, and treasured memories.
